By accessing or using michellebachtold.com (the “Site”), operated by Michelle Bachtold, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About the Site and our services
The Site provides information about Michelle Bachtold, PA-C, MMS, CHC, and the Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) and wellness services she offers, along with summaries of peer-reviewed research, curated links to educational resources, and a contact form. NET and the wellness services offered through this practice are complementary wellness services. They are not medical care, mental-health treatment, or a substitute for either.
3. No medical advice
All content on the Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a recommendation to use or forgo any particular therapy. Nothing on the Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. 4. No practitioner–client relationship

Such a relationship is established only after both parties have expressly agreed to it, intake forms have been completed, and any required consents have been signed. Please do not share sensitive medical information through the contact form; it is intended for general questions and brief introductions.

The Site links to third-party websites and videos for further reading. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or warrant the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site, and following a link is at your own risk. The third party’s own terms and privacy policy apply once you leave the Site.

All original text, design, code, and graphics on the Site are the property of Michelle Bachtold, LLC unless otherwise noted. Research graphics are reproduced from peer-reviewed publications for educational commentary and are credited to their original publishers. You may view and link to the Site for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without prior written permission.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
